Hello there,

What started as casual running in 2013 to get some exercise turned into something that is a regular activity for me. I started running small distances and overtime lead to running longer distances. I ran my first Marathon in 2017 and have run a couple of Marathons since then including the 124th Boston Virtual Marathon in 2020.

I am also a RRCA Level 1 Certified Distance running coach.

Through this blog, I want to share my expericences and thoughts on running as well as tips that I think will help runners
